PARKROYAL Penang Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Penang Parkroyal Resort, and it was an exceptional experience. The resort is beautifully located along the Batu Ferringhi beachfront, offering stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with modern amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. The staff's hospitality stood out; they were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, making the overall experience warm and welcoming. The resort offers a variety of dining options with delicious local and international cuisine. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The pool area is perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty of lounging space to soak up the sun. For those looking to explore, the resort's location is ideal—close to local markets, shops, and tourist attractions. Overall, Penang Parkroyal Resort is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Penang. I would highly recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers alike!

This was our second stay at Park Royal Penang, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. As a family, we absolutely love this resort. In fact, we were so content and entertained at the hotel that we didn’t even feel the need to visit George Town during our trip. The resort’s landscaping is truly stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens, towering trees, and vibrant plants that create a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. Our children, aged 5 and 13, had the time of their lives. They spent hours in the pool every day, enjoying the water slides and participating in the fun, family-friendly activities organised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional—always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. One of the major perks of this hotel is its fantastic location. It’s situated right along the strip with the bustling night market just steps away, which was a great bonus for evening strolls and local snacks. There’s also a currency exchange conveniently located just across the road. For those interested in water sports, you can book directly with the resort or explore a variety of options from vendors along the beach. Overall, I would rate Park Royal Penang a solid 10/10. We’re already looking forward to returning next year, inshallah. Having stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years, this one stands out as our top favorite. If you’re considering a trip to Penang, do yourself a favor and book this resort—you won’t regret it!

Fantastic family resort. The grounds were beautiful, the pools were great and the slide a big hit with our little ones. They really enjoyed their time in the Kids club with the scheduled arts and crafts activities each day. Spacial mention to Norliza who was so attentive and caring. We like that the hotel is on a slightly quieter stretch of the main road in comparison to the other bigger resorts yet it’s only a short walk to restaurants and the food court. The staff and their warm and caring nature is really what makes this place special though. From the security guards through to the chefs you’re always greeted with a smile. We had to see the in house doctor as our daughter was unwell and had a very positive experience with that. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Breakfasts were amazing with a huge variety (from my point of view it was rather as breakfast together with lunch as there were different sorts of meals available). Pool was great and looked like somewhere in the jungle. There were sunbeds always available and a lot of space in garden to enjoy it and relax. Great place to spend whole week, relax and walk on beach.
